We are members of the Choices Consortium and a UK Learning Provider registered with Ofsted, passionate about helping schools and students raise attainment. Our partners and associates have extensive experience of education in the UK and abroad, at classroom and senior leadership level in independent and state schools, specialist services (PRUs etc.) and awarding bodies.
Patricia Lamour is our CEO and co-founder and is an international education and gender expert with experience in England, Europe and Africa. She is a former head teacher of a leading Cambridge International Examination school, an equalities adviser to Ofqual, member of Education Development Trust and the National College for Teaching and Leadership. She is the founding director of GEEDA (Gender Education & Enterprise Development for Africa) and was nominated for the Diversity Champion in Education for the National Excellence in Diversity Awards 2016.
Viv Ahmun, our co-founder is a Home Office independent consultant and advisor, psychotherapist, coach and social policy leader. Viv is the founding director of Choices Consortium and a strategic and pioneering developer of ethical partnerships to support change, build resilience and capacities of young people and communities impacted by violence and poverty in the UK, USA and Australia.
Adrian Sladdin is our Curriculum Development and Accreditation Specialist and Director of Aspire Prep. He is a former Regional manager for an national awarding body offering programmes and qualifications to develop skills for learning and employment. Adrian has led on accreditation procedures for innovative and customised curriculum and educational programmes which make learning relevant and transferable. His international work in has also taken him to China, Europe and Africa to develop work with a range of schools, colleges and education partners.
